Produced from classic Tuscan varietals, i.e. Leccino, Corno del Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino, on the family’s proprietary estate in Gavorrano (province of Grosseto), grown along its winding dusty roads with silky green olive groves.
Using the principles of organic farming; the olives are harvested by hand and pressed within hours using the most modern technology available for utmost freshness, quality and taste.
The results are extraordinary organoleptic qualities, good structure and balance, with a distinct piquant finish, characteristic of authentic, top quality IGP Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
